The Garrett County Government Information Technology Department is composed of a diverse set of areas brought together by a common theme of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of county operations. The IT Department will deliver quality and innovative information technology solutions to provide citizens, the business community, and county staff with convenient access to appropriate information and services.
- We maintain the LAN/WAN infrastructure for Garrett County Government offices and continue to search for the newest software and hardware upgrades available on the personal computer market today.
- We work with county agencies to improve daily business operations by thoroughly understanding department needs and by planning, implementing, and managing the best information technology solutions available.
- We strive to respond to all known issues in a timely and effective manor through teamwork and implementation of proven technology solutions.
